Daylight Saving Time Starts This Sunday March 13

Earth (Huffington Post/CP) – If you already feel like you don’t get enough sleep, it’s about to get worse.

Daylight saving time (or daylight savings time, as some of us say) begins on March 13 at 2 a.m.. This means it’s time to spring forward and move our clocks an hour ahead.

And it’s not just our sleep that suffers, scientists say daylight saving time has also been linked to stroke risks.

Some parts of Canada don’t observe the time change at all, including almost all of Saskatchewan, the northeastern corner of British Columbia, three northwestern Ontario communities, and others.
