Charges against Clark stem from an August 10th incident where at approximately 9:45 p.m. police received a report that a male was at a local hospital seeking medical attention for a gunshot wound. The police investigation determined that the victim was allegedly shot by the suspect while at a restaurant in the 8200 block of Eagle Landing Parkway.

General Duty officers supported by the Integrated Police Dog Section quickly deployed to the restaurant. A thorough search of the area failed to locate the suspect.

Officers from Chilliwack Serious Crime Section and the Lower Mainland Integrated Forensic Identification Team continue to gather evidence as they pursue all investigative avenues into the incident.

Clark is described as a Caucasian male, 188cm (6’2”), 77kg (170lbs), with brown eyes and brown hair.

The victim remains in hospital with a non life threatening injury. Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.

“We are cautioning the public if you should see Clark do not approach him and immediately call police”, said Cpl. Mike Rail.

Anyone with any information as to the whereabouts of Beau Clark is asked to contact the Chilliwack RCMP at 604-792-4611 or, should you wish to remain anonymous, call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
